Listed as one of Washington Post Express' Top Stops for the weekend, #ZombieYoga is coming to Historic Congressional Cemetery, April 30 at 11am!

*event is weather-dependent so we need you to register with your emails I we can keep in touch with updates.

April 30 is Walspurgisnacht - or the "witches holiday" that celebrates the half way point to Halloween!

What better way to keep your haunting muscles in good shape than participating in Zombie Yoga at Historic Congressional Cemetery, Sunday April 30th at 11am.

What is Zombie Yoga, you ask? It's an all-levels vinyasa flow, that uses creative sequencing and spirited music to transform yogis into storytellers who rise from the grave to tell a tale of the undead on their mats.

"All-levels" means anyone with juicy, delicious, brains is welcome to practice, but having some foundational knowledge of yoga poses is helpful. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT.

Costumes are not required but certainly encouraged, so come and practice corpse pose with us in your best witch or zombie-wear for Instagram photos people would die for!

There is a $10 suggested donation, which helps to support the preservation of Historic Congressional Cemetery. Cash, Venmo, and PayPal will be accepted at the gate.

Photo credit goes to the amazing Rosa Pineda, as well as award for best special effects makeup!  Thanks to my zombie models, Travis, Colleen and Chelsea!
